Beds24 mobile app alternative: what to expect from an iPhone app
The official Beds24 app covers the basics. If you run your properties mostly from your phone, here are the criteria that matter when choosing an alternative.
In short
- An alternative to the Beds24 app does not replace your account: it connects to it and changes how you use it on mobile.
- The key criteria: a daily board, messaging, the calendar, financial KPIs and your language.
- Zen24 was built for exactly these jobs, on iPhone.
Why look for an alternative?
The official app is designed as a companion to the web account: according to its App Store listing, full features and automation stay in the browser.
For a host who handles arrivals, messages and date blocks from their phone, a mobile-first app saves time every single day.
Five criteria to choose by
1. A daily board showing who arrives, who leaves and for how many nights. 2. Messaging that lets you reply fast and pass information to your team. 3. A calendar where you can block dates in a few taps. 4. Clear financial KPIs: revenue, ADR, RevPAR. 5. An app in your language.
Add one practical criterion: exporting your bookings to the calendar you already use.

| Daily board | Arrivals, departures, nights, guests | Yes |
| Messaging | Fast replies, relay to your team | Yes, plus SMS / WhatsApp forwarding |
| Calendar | Block dates per property | Yes |
