How do I connect my Beds24 account?

Open Zen24 and tap "Connect your account". You will need your Beds24 API key, which you can find in your Beds24 dashboard under Settings > Account > API. Paste the key into the app and tap "Connect". Your properties will sync automatically.

How do I subscribe to Premium?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Upgrade to Premium". You can choose between a monthly plan ($6.99/month) or an annual plan ($79.99/year). Both include a free 7-day trial. Payment is handled securely through your Apple ID.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions". Find Zen24 in the list and tap "Cancel Subscription". You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I sync my contacts?

Contact synchronization happens automatically when you connect your Beds24 account. Guest contacts from your bookings are imported and kept up to date. You can search and filter contacts directly within the app.

How do I block dates on my calendar?

Navigate to the Calendar tab, select the property you want to manage, then tap and hold on a date to start blocking. You can drag to select a range. Blocked dates are synced back to Beds24 in real time.

Which languages are supported?

Zen24 is available in French, German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The app language follows your iPhone's language settings automatically.
